In Style Home Organizing is dedicated to helping busy professionals and families create beautiful, functional, and easy-to-maintain organizing systems in their homes and offices. 

Our goal is to transform your home or office into a space that you love!
Hi! I'm Carolina, Professional Organizer and Founder of In Style Home Organizing. 

As a mom of two young kids and a busy professional, I know first hand how hard it is to keep the house (and life) organized, especially around kids and busy schedules.   

Before becoming a professional organizer, I traveled around the world planning events in the financial industry for high-end executives.

My personal journey to balance a demanding career while keeping a peaceful and organized home inspired me to help others.  So, I began to study and research the best strategies until I mastered the art of space planning and organization. 

From bedrooms and kitchens to closets and pantries I approach every project as a fun challenge, paying meticulous attention to details and carefully considering the goals and needs of the user of the space.

With empathy and a 100% judgment-free attitude, I will work with you to help you transform your space, get organized and enjoy every inch of your home or office.

Professional Training

Carolina holds two NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals) Speciality Certificates, one in Residential Organizing and another one in Life Transitions.


Carolina is also a POA (Preferred Organizer Association™) Member which means that she has invested and is dedicated to ongoing education as a professional organizer.

We have very high standards and we aim for perfection in every project. However, if your objective is getting organized on a budget we will work around that. We will use what you have and present inexpensive alternatives to help you get organized without breaking your bank.
